250g FREEE GF white bread flour
7g dried yeast
2tsp caster sugar
250ml warm water
1tsp xanthan gum
1tsp salt
3tbsp olive oil plus extra
fresh rosemary
Sea salt flakes

1.   Mix warm water, sugar and yeast and leave in a warm place till foamy.
2.   Mix with all remaining ingredients.
3.   Pour mix into an oiled cake tin - ideally round
4.   Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for an hour
5.   Heat oven to 220 degs C
6.   Use oily fingers to make dimples in bread
7.   Drizzle oil into dimples
8.   Add rosemary sprigs and sea salt
9.   Bake 20-25mins
10. Should sound hollow and solid when cooked
11. Allow to cool 10-15mins but EAT WARM
